Our Staff

Sizanani strives to forge strong links with the staff through a broad range of
initiatives such as:

  • The employment of disabled persons.
  • Sizanani has a policy of drawing its employees from the Deaf and Dumb society, with over 35% of the total employed falling into this category.
  • Assisting in education of staff at all levels.
  • Upgrading through training and opportunity.
  • Social improvement by paying above industry level wages.

Sustainable development encompasses a combination of environmental, social and economic factors. Plastic products and the plastics industry play a key role in contributing to the sustainable development of the economy.

Economic development, the plastics industry as a whole, and Sizanani in particular, add value and wealth to the community through significant opportunities created via employment and related issues. This improves the social structure of our employees and their immediate community, and as a growing industry will thereby always impact positively on the upliftment of its people through job creation and financial stability.
